1.项目定位:项目依托曲靖经济技术开发区内水电硅材产业上下游企业完备的条件,形成硅片切片-加工电池片-硅片的加工和组件的产业链。突出优势,让资源充分利用,实现互补。将单晶硅补齐开发区内水电硅材产业链,建设年产20GW高效单晶电池片项目生产线,带动曲靖市地区经济发展。 2.功能区划:项目建设年产20GW高效单晶电池片生产线,规划为五区: 原材料检测区 单晶硅电池片生产区 产品研发区 物流仓储区 综合服务区 3.建设内容: 五区:原材料检测区、单晶硅电池片生产区、产品研发区、物流仓储区、综合服务区。 原材料检测区:建设上游原材料检测区域,检测上游原材料纯度及质量,确保成品质量。 单晶硅电池片生产区:建设单晶硅电池片生产车间、检测车间等。 产品研发区:主要建设产品研发中心,包括设计室、实验室、检测室等,通过科技创新增加产品的技术含量及附加值。 物流仓储区:建设原材料存储区、产品储存区、物流中心。 综合服务区:建设办公楼、住宿楼、食堂、超市等生活配套设施。 政府:主导作用,宏观调控管理 企业:作为投资运作主体,负责项目建设、设备投入、经营、市场营销等实际运营工作。 |

Project Positioning: The project relies on the complete conditions of the upstream and downstream enterprises of the hydropower silicon industry in Qujing Economic and Technological Development Area to form an industrial chain of silicon slicing-cell processing-processing and modules of silicon. The project highlights the advantages and makes full use of resources to achieve complementarity, The project will complement the hydropower silicon industry chain in the development area with monocrystalline silicon, and build a production line with an annual output of 20 GW of efficient monocrystalline silicon cell project to drive local economic development in Qujing City. 2. Functional Zoning: The project is to build a production line of efficient monocrystalline silicon cells with an annual output of 20GW, which is planned as five zones: Raw material testing zone Monocrystalline silicon cell production zone Product R&D zone Logistics and warehousing zone Comprehensive service zone 3. Project Content: Five zones: Raw material testing zone, monocrystalline silicon cell production zone, product R&D zone, logistics and warehousing zone, and comprehensive service zone. Raw material testing zone: A testing zone for upstream raw materials is constructed to test the purity and quality of upstream raw materials and ensure the quality of finished products. Monocrystalline silicon cell production zone: The project constructs monocrystalline silicon cell production workshop, testing workshop, etc. Product R&D zone: The project mainly constructs the product R&D center, including design room, laboratory, testing room, etc., to increase the technical content and added value of products through scientific and technological innovation. Based on the strategic deployment of "green energy brand" proposed by the provincial committee and the provincial government and the industrial basis, National Qujing Economic and Technological Development Area has planned a silicon industrial park at Nanhaizi industrial area at a high level, with a focus on the development of hydropower silicon material integration industry. Industry giants such as Sungrow Power Supply, JA Solar and LONGi have successively settled in the green hydropower silicon industrial park of Economic and Technological Development Area. 2. Resource Advantages |
1. Mineral Resources: There are 47 kinds of mineral resources in Qujing City, with a total mineral resource reserve of 35.5 billion tons and a potential economic mineral resource value of over RMB 13 trillion. With proven coal reserve of 9 billion tons, it is one of the 19 key coal-producing areas in China, accounting for more than half of the province's raw coal production. The reserves of lead, zinc, manganese, sulfur, iron, phosphorus, and limestone for cement purpose rank the top in the province. 2. Hydropower Resources: Within Qujing, rivers and streams radiate in different directions which respectively belong to Yangtze River and Pearl River system with more than 80 rivers of 100 km2 drainage area, hydropower resource reserves are 4,068,200 kw. 3. Human Resources: Qujing is a city of large population and labor export city, with 5.95 million students in 3 colleges and universities, and 9.63 million students in 32 secondary vocational schools. It has formed a vocational education system and skill training system of large scale, high level, complete categories, and adapted to the demand, with the completed Qujing Vocational Education Center being a larger vocational education and training base in the southwest. Qujing City is an old industrial base in Yunnan Province, with an abundance of technical personnel, skilled workers and enterprise managers. 4. Natural Gas Resources: China-Myanmar Natural Gas Pipeline has a designed gas transmission capacity of 12 billion m3/year, with an actual annual gas supply of 7 billion m3. Natural gas transmission and distribution stations and supporting pipeline networks have been built in most of the urban areas and industrial parks in Qujing. 5. Electric Power Resources: Yunnan is an important West-to-East Power Transmission and clean energy base of China, with the installed capacity of clean energy with hydropower as the main clean energy accounts for 71.31 million kw (61.31 million kw of hydropower, 7.89 million kw of wind power, 210,000 kw of photovoltaic). The power supply in Yunnan Province far exceeds the power demand, with abandoned hydropower amounting to 16.8 billion kWh, 15.3 billion kWh, 31.5 billion kWh and 28.7 billion kWh from 2014 to 2017 respectively. Qujing City has a dual security advantage of both hydropower and thermal power, with an installed power capacity of 95.44 million kw, of which: 6.8 million kw of thermal power, representing 49% of the province's installed thermal power. There are one 500 kV converter station, six 500 kV substations and twenty 220 kV substations. |

The Area is equipped with completed infrastructure and supporting facilities. The water and power supply are sufficient and the zone has realized the “six accesses and one leveling”. "Six accesses" refer to connections of municipal traffic, drainage, water supply, electricity, telecommunication, and cable TV line; while "one leveling" refers to natural field leveling provided to the enterprises. |

Qujing Economic and Technological Development Area has a well-developed urban transportation network, which is connected with three expressways: Kunming-Qujing Expressway, Qujing-Luliang Expressway and Qujing-Shengjingguan Expressway, and the Xuanwei-Tianshengqiao First-grade Highway, running through the whole province. National Highway 213, 320, 324 and 326 run through the city and are connected to the national road network. Guiyang-Kunming Railway, Nanning- Kunming Railway and Kunming-Zhanyi Double Track run through the territory, and Qujing Station in Guiyang-Kunming Railway is located in the Development Area. The Development Area is 80 km from Kunming Changshui International Airport. The vast three-dimensional transportation network provides the Development Zone with convenient transportation conditions. |
