《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》中提到要大力发展绿色食品产业,支持绿色食品等重大项目建设,完善食品药品质量安全追溯体系。食品制造产业加快跃向万亿级,壮大绿色食品产业链,形成具有竞争力的万亿级产业集群。随着“十四五”规划的逐步落实,绿色休闲食品不断推行,未来,休闲食品朝着绿色、健康迈进。
《云南省人民政府关于促进经济平稳健康发展22条措施的意见》(云政发〔2021〕2号) 全力支持打造世界一流“三张牌”。“绿色食品牌”方面,按照“大产业+新主体+新平台”发展思路,加大招商引资支持力度,省财政安排10亿元支持“一县一业”、茶叶绿色发展以及绿色食品生产、加工、冷链物流投资奖补等,引进行业领军企业、品牌企业。

1. 果蔬原料供应充足:2020年建水县种植蔬菜34.72万亩(含复种),产量51.79万吨,产值9.63亿元;2020全县葡萄种植面积10万亩,总产量16万吨,产值17亿元。

As the living standard improves and the consumption concept changes, healthy, pollution-free, safe, nutritious green food with high quality become prevailing and is increasingly favored by people. The green food industry has a deep market consumption base. The project is located in Qingyun Light Industry Area of Jianshui Industrial Park, covering 200 mu. Relying on the abundant plateau characteristic agricultural products resources in Jianshui County, it is planned to adopt the development mode of "park in the park" and focus on the intensive processing industry of fruit and vegetable snacks by introducing large-high-quality green food leading enterprises inside and outside the province. A fruit and vegetable snack production base integrating processing, R&D, logistics, and commerce will be built up, together with other functional carriers such as production and processing workshops, warehousing and logistics centers, R&D centers, production and living facilities, etc. It realizes the transformation from primary processing to high value-added intensive processing and builds a unique green food industry IP with Jianshui characteristics. |
