Project Description

Luosiwan Area in Guandu District covers an area of 6 km2. Since the planning of Luosiwan Area was adjusted in 2018, the urban functional layout, industrial structure and social structure have been optimized. In the future, this area will be built into a city-level complex integrating residence, commerce, entertainment, trade, education, medical care and scientific research and development. Now, Luosiwan International Trade Center and Caiyun Center are seeking investment with a shop area of 224,800m2 and an office area of 477,000m2 respectively.

Content

1. The main market of New Luosiwan International Trade Center covers an area of 5,705 mu with a floor area of 3,140,000m2. There are about 40,000 merchants and owners with an annual turnover of CNY 150 billion. The goods are exported to countries in South Asia, Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Europe, the United States, and the Middle East, with an annual export value of about CNY 6 billion.

2. The C8/C9 commercial complex in Caiyun Center is built with 11 buildings in total near the central lake of the area with a total land area of 95,697m2 and a total floor area of 537,393m2. It is planned to build a one-stop comprehensive shopping park integrating exquisite living and experiential shopping. The C9 plot is available for construction and for government strategic planning enterprises to settle in.

Supporting Conditions

Transportation: No. 1, No. 4 and No. 7 subway lines pass through the area and have stations set there. Luosiwan Area is surrounded by South Ring Expressway, Kunming-Mohan Expressway, Guangfu Road and Caiyun North Road and settled in with several hub stations such as South Passenger Station, International Long-distance Passenger Station, public transit hub, and tourist bus distribution center.

Population: There is a resident population of about 120,000, an employment population of about 200,000 and about 40,000 merchants and owners. In addition, the new Luosiwan International Trade Center and the South Passenger Station bring a large floating population with an average daily flow rate of 300,000 visits.

Education: It is planned to build 12 kindergartens, 6 primary schools and 3 middle schools.

Medical care: There is Chaoyang Hospital, and it is planned to build a Class A tertiary hospital with an area of 120,000m2.

Ecological environment: There is a man-made central lake of 80,000m2, and it is planned to build a park green space of 200,000m2.
