Project Description

Helen International Community which is a key real estate project developed by Helenbergh (Guangzhou) in Kunming covers a large area and a large population. Helen International is in the business circle of Century City and close to the center of Wujiaba New Town. It is accessible with dense population and complete facilities. According to different proportions of commercial activities, the main stores, sub-main stores, children playing, catering, retail and supporting businesses will be arranged for the target customers such as surrounding families, fashionable people, sports talents and business elites.

1. Transportation:

a. Several roads pass through the site of this project from east to west, including Changhong West Road, Yongzhong Road, Jinyuan Road and Erji Road, to connect the Haile World to Guangfu Road, a trunk road of Kunming, extending to all districts of the main urban area.

b. The project is about 2.9 km from Changhong West Road Station, Xiaodong Village Station and Erji Road Station on Line 1;

d. This project is about 9 km from the center of Kunming Old Town, 28 km from Kunming Changshui International Airport, and about 15 km from Chenggong New Town in the south;

d. This project is located in the 15-minute traffic circle of the main urban area with convenient transportation and high accessibility.
