3. Land supply time: The land is to be available since June 30, 2020 as planned.

Supporting Conditions

1. Scope: The zone is located in the east of Kunming and belongs to Jinma Street of Guandu District. It extends to the Airport Expressway in the north, Caiyun North Road in the south, East Second Ring Road in the west and East Third Ring Road in the east. This zone covers an area of 7.35 km2 with a population of 150,000.

2. Transportation

Road: East Second Ring Road, East Third Ring Road, Caiyun North Road, Hongqiao Road, Dongfeng East Road, Jinma Road, Siwa Road and Guishi West Road. Kunming East Railway Station is located in the zone and makes the zone more accessible.

Subway: Line 3, Line 4, Line 6, Line 8, East-West Express Line, forming an underground transportation network in the zone.
