Overview

For the project, it is proposed to cooperate with famous energy-saving and environmentally friendly building materials enterprises or chambers of commerce and associations in and out of the province. The industrial park mainly devotes to the production, research and development of senior, new energy-saving and environmentally friendly building materials, and will mostly absorb new environmentally friendly doors and windows, curtain wall manufacturers, supplemented by the production and processing enterprises of new wall body materials, new waterproof sealing materials, new heat preservation and insulation materials, new environmentally friendly decorative materials, inorganic non-metallic new materials, etc., in an effort to become a high-tech industrial park integrating multiple functions like product production, display, technical research and development, warehousing, logistics, etc. Therefore, the largest production, research and development base of energy-saving and environmentally friendly building materials can be created in the southwest. The product will be sold to Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and other southwestern regions as well as South Asian and Southeast Asian countries and regions. It is predicted that after the project is completed, up to more than 30 enterprises will enter and be stationed in it, leading to a total industrial output value of more than RMB 3 billion

Construction scale: The total investment in the project construction is predicted to be RMB 1.6 billion, and the industrial layout is: The production, research and development of senior, new energy-saving and environmentally friendly building materials as well as the new, environmentally friendly door, window and curtain wall manufacturers account for the most part, supplemented by the production and processing enterprises of supporting industrial chain like new wall body materials, new waterproof sealing materials, new heat preservation and insulation materials, new, environmentally friendly decorative materials, inorganic non-metallic new materials, etc.

Supporting Conditions

The industrial park has the raw material resource advantage of Yunnan, and only a 2-hour drive is required from it to the steel and aluminum materials manufacturers in Kunming, Qujing, Chuxiong, etc. Wukun Steel Co., Ltd., Yunnan Aluminum Co., Ltd., Yunnan Yalv Aluminum Co., Ltd. and other large companies have brought high quality and cheap major and auxiliary material resources mainly consisting of aluminum, steel, etc. to the industrial park. Meanwhile, the enterprises having gathered in the Maizitian Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park of Yimen Industrial Park will also provide the enterprises entering and being stationed in the park with the corresponding supporting resources, packaging and other services. There are rich hydroelectric resources in Yimen, catering for the enterprise production and operation; there are also lots of rural laborers, meeting the enterprises’ production demand; the Maizitian Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park of Yimen Industrial Park is 73km away from Kunming City, and 13km away from the urban area of Yimen County, and within the 1h polar nucleus of Kunming, the expressway from Wuding to Yi’men has been open to traffic, and the expressway from Mile to Chuxiong (Yimen Section) is under construction; South Yunnan lies in the south across Grade II Yi’egao Road, Chuxiong and Dali lie in the west across Yuchu and Anchu Highways, and Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province lies in the north across Wuding. So, it is both a transport line connecting South and West Yunnan and an outer ring road of the urban circle of Central Yunnan.
