Qiubei Puzhehei Railway Station Business Logistics Park is next to the Qiubei Puzhehei Railway Station of Kunming-Nanning Railway, 7 km away from the county in the south. The built-up and opened Puzhehei-Tanfang Class I Highway traverses the whole park. 27 sub-functional zones are planned with the total land area of 12.98 km2, among it, 4.42 km2 for logistics warehouse land, 3.13 km2 for portal sector land, 2.53 km2 for market separation and reunion sector land (1.11 km2 for paid industrial land) and 2.9 km2 for other lands (mountains). The logistics warehouse sector is composed of logistics distribution, logistics loading and unloading, logistics finance, cargo freight, logistics rolling processing and other subfunctions. The portal integrated sector is composed of merchandise trade exhibition, business negotiation, retail, passenger traffic transfer and other subfunctions. The market trade sector is composed of commodity trading wholesale, warehousing, product exhibition and trading and other subfunctions.

Construction scale: It is planned to establish three sectors of "logistics warehouse", "wholesale market" and "portal integration" with 28 sub-functional zones. The total land area is 12.98 km2. a. The logistics warehouse land, with the land area of 4.42 km2, is equipped with logistics distribution, logistics loading and unloading, logistics finance, logistics service, e-commerce, cargo freight, logistics rolling processing and other subfunctions; b.    The wholesale trade land, with the land area of 3.13 km2, is equipped with 8 wholesale trading markets, such as small commodity, small hardware, electromechanical, agricultural trade, agricultural machinery, oil and foodstuffs, building materials and Chinese herbal medicines, as well as merchandise trade exhibition, business negotiation, business service, passenger traffic transfer and other subfunctions; c. The portal integrated land, with the land area of 2.53 km2, is equipped with catering, accommodation, tourism service, cultural recreation, shopping supermarket and other subfunctions.
